Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter
The "Refer a Friend" incentive (the "Promotion") is promoted by Butler Plumbing & Heating (the "Promoter"), reachable via www.butlerplumbing.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to existing residential customers and residents of London and Edmonton areas aged 18 years or over.
3. Qualitative Criteria for a Successful Referral
3.1. A "Qualifying Referral" is defined as a new customer (the "Referred Party") who:

• (a) Has not previously used the services of Butler Plumbing & Heating;

• (b) Is referred to the Promoter by an eligible participant (the "Referrer"); and

• (c) Instructs the Promoter to carry out a full new boiler installation (the "Service").
  3.2. Small-scale plumbing repairs, boiler servicing, and maintenance work do not qualify for this Promotion.
  3.3. The referral must be disclosed to the Promoter at the time of the initial inquiry or booking by the Referred Party. Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively after a quote has been issued or work has commenced.

4. The Reward
4.1. For every Qualifying Referral, the Referrer shall be entitled to receive a reward of £250 (the "Reward").
4.2. The Reward is payable only after:

• (a) The Referred Party’s boiler installation has been completed in full; and

• (b) The Referred Party has paid their final invoice in full to the Promoter.
  4.3. Rewards will be issued via bank transfer or cheque within 30 days of the criteria in clause 4.2 being satisfied. It is the Referrer's responsibility to provide accurate payment details.

5. Referrer Obligations and Data Protection
5.1. By participating in this Promotion, the Referrer confirms that they have obtained the express prior consent of the Referred Party to share their personal contact details with the Promoter.
5.2. The Referrer shall indemnify the Promoter against any claims arising from a breach of clause 5.1.
5.3. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Butler Plumbing & Heating website.
6. Limitations and Restrictions
6.1. There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can refer, provided each qualifies as a new customer for a new boiler installation.
6.2. If multiple Referrers refer the same Referred Party, only the first referral received and recorded by the Promoter will be eligible for the Reward.
6.3. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated in writing by the Promoter.
7. Right to Withdraw or Amend
7.1. Butler Plumbing & Heating reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Butler Plumbing & Heating is final and binding.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
